mDomino KO Mouse :
An essential molecule for embryonic hematopoiesis
Depositor: Dr. Rikiro Fukunaga (Kyoto University)
BRC No. RBRC01774 mDomino knockout mouse
The SWI2/SNF2 family protein, p400/mDomino (mammalian Domino), is an
Swr1-class DNA-dependent ATPase that is a core subunit of a large
chromatin-remodeling complex. The mDomino-mutated mice are embryonic
lethal by day 11.5 (E11.5), and show a defect in embryonic
hematopoiesis.

| Mouse strains for freeze preservation
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Since enough number of embryos has been preserved, live mice of these
strains will be closed soon. It will take more than 3 months to recover
live mice from frozen stock. Please let us know as soon as possible, if
you plan to use the mice and request them alive.
