T-bet has been shown as a key molecule for differentiation of Th1
and Tc1 cells which play as effectors in contact dermatitis. The
transgenic mice expressed T-bet in T lymphocyte show dermatitis
characterized by swollen, flaky, and scaly skin on the surface of
the face, ear, foot and tail.

| Announcement: Revision of the distribution fees for the bioresources
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The RIKEN BRC has been providing bioresources not only to scientists
in Japan but also to those in overseas with minimum fees solely to
reimburse the RIKEN BRC for a part of the preparation and handling
costs of the requested bioresources. Due to release of new bioresources
and changes in circumstances, it has become necessary to revise the
distribution fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The revised distribution fees are applied to all orders for the
bioresources after March 6, 2008, 08:00 (GMT).

| Mouse strains for freeze preservation
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Since enough number of embryos has been preserved, live mice of these
strains will be closed soon. It will take more than 3 months to recover
live mice from frozen stock. Please let us know as soon as possible, if
you plan to use the mice and request them alive.
