  Lck-p19Arf Transgenic Mouse
            : A Key Molecule for early T cell development

    The Lck-p19Arf transgenic mice carry the gene encoding p19Arf
    under the control of the Lck proximal promoter. These transgenic
    mice showed that the number of total thymocytes and percentage of
    CD4/CD8 double positive (DP) cells was dramatically reduced. These
    transgenic mice are useful for investigating p19Arf function in
    early T-cell development.

+-----------------------------------------------------------------------

  Since enough number of embryos has been preserved, live mice of these
strains will be closed soon. It will take more than 3 months to recover
live mice from frozen stock. Please let us know as soon as possible, if
you plan to use the mice and request them alive.
