Maps for RAFL clones

  RAFL clones have been constructed with several vector systems.ZAP was used for RAFL02~RAFL06, FLC-1-B for RAFL07~RAFL11,RAFL26 and FLC-1-E for RAFL12~RAFL25.
  We send RAFL clone as plasmid DNA that was excised from the phage vector mentioned above. Selection marker is ampicillin.
