Homozygous lines for RIKEN Arabidopsis transposon-tagged mutants are increased. (8)

Homozygous seeds for 305 lines of RIKEN Arabidopsis transposon-tagged mutants are newly available now.

1. We use PCR analysis to validate homozygous seed stocks. When homozygous seeds are available, the line is labeled with "" on the catalogue search results.
2. Transposon-tagged mutants are genetically modified organisms. RECIPIENT should obtain appropriate permission for acceptance and usage of this resource.
