Individual lines for RIKEN GSC Arabidopsis activation-tagged mutants are available.

During the cultivation of activation tagged-lines, RIKEN BRC examines the phenotype of mutant plants. We now open the data for 24 mutants with dominant phenotypes and 1 mutant published in Plant and Cell Physiology.

2. The dominant phenotypes may be lost in next generation due to the silencing effect.
3. Activation-tagged mutants are genetically modified organisms. RECIPIENT should obtain appropriate permission for acceptance and usage of this resource.
